THE 6-SESSION JOURNEY
A Guided Process of Awareness, Release, and Integration
This work unfolds in gentle, intentional layers. Each session builds on the one before it — slowly softening long-held patterns, restoring inner connection, and allowing your system to access what’s been held beneath conscious understanding.
Below is the rhythm most people experience across a 6-session journey.
This session creates the foundation for all the work that follows. You establish safety, clarify your desired direction, and reconnect to your Central-Self. You’ll begin learning essential mind-body skills that help regulate your inner world and prepare your subconscious for deeper work.
This session is spacious and rarely less than 2 hours.
You’ll connect to inner resources — qualities within you that offer strength, stability, and emotional support. From this grounded place, the first layer of emotional clutter, outdated identities, or inherited patterns begins to release.
Many clients feel their first meaningful internal shift here.
Here, your system is ready to reveal deeper layers — fragments or parts of you that stepped away to hold pain, protect you, or carry something you weren’t able to process at the time. With gentle guidance, you meet this inner part, understand what it has carried, and integrate it back into your whole self.
If there is no meaningful change by Session 3, you only pay for Session 1.
With more internal space available, new clarity emerges. Old emotional clutter continues to dissolve, and new emotional truths begin rooting within.
For many clients, this session introduces “subconscious seeding” — placing new emotional truths or inner capacities into the subconscious in a way your system can genuinely hold.
This lays the foundation for new patterns to form.
Here, we refine and strengthen the new pathways emerging within you.
You meet additional inner resources, clear remaining emotional clutter, and deepen the integration of the work you’ve already done.
Sometimes, a unique-to-you gratitude or orientation practice emerges — one that your own system generates from within.This session completes the arc of your 6-session journey. A profound step into clarity, emotional ease, and self-trust.
Changes become effortless — they live in the body and the mind. This is often described as a life-changing moment — a deep, undeniable shift that reorganises something at the core.
Many clients describe this as the moment where:
“I recognise myself again… but as the version I was always meant to be.”
For layered or long-standing emotional patterns, a 12-session journey is available. This allows deeper repair, repatterning, and integration across six months.
Practical details
What You Need to Know Before You Begin
This work is gentle and deeply personal. Below are the practical details most people want to know before they begin — from session length and format to investment and the shift assurance that keeps this process grounded and safe.
Each session is two hours. This gives your system the space it needs to access deeper layers without rushing or overwhelming the process.
All sessions are held online via secure video, from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
BodyWise Mind is intentionally designed as an online-first therapeutic model because this work benefits from:-

the ability to relax your nervous system without travel or waiting rooms
Most people find they drop in more quickly online and move through the work with more ease.
If you don’t have privacy at home, there are still workable options many clients use successfully:-

And if none of these feel possible, a limited number of in-person sessions in Sutherland are available in a private consulting room (room-hire fee applies). But for most clients, online sessions become the most comfortable, effective way to do this work.-
I offer 2-hour SMGI® sessions on:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
These days are dedicated to deep, uninterrupted therapeutic work.
Initial 40-minute calls are available on:
Mondays and Fridays
This gives us space to explore whether this journey is the right fit for your needs and readiness.
For those who genuinely cannot attend weekday sessions, a limited number of weekend appointments are available on Saturdays or Sundays.
A small weekend loading applies, as these times are outside standard therapeutic hours.
You’ll receive a booking link after completing the Readiness Reflection.
Before we schedule your first session, you’ll complete a short Readiness Reflection. This helps you sense whether the timing feels right — and helps me understand where you are in your process and whether this work can fully support you.
Once you submit your reflection, you’ll be guided to book a 40-minute phone call. This call is simply a conversation — a chance for us both to feel whether we’re the right fit to work together.
If it feels aligned, we’ll schedule your sessions.
About a week before your first session, you’ll receive a pre-journey questionnaire. This is a gentle way to awaken your subconscious, clarify your desired direction, and prepare your inner world for the work ahead.Most people move through the 6-session journey over around 3 months. This pacing allows your system to absorb, integrate, and unfold each layer of the work without rushing.
For deeper relational, generational, or long-standing emotional patterns, a 12-session journey over around 6 months offers a more spacious, layered transformation.
The work continues between sessions and months and years after the sessions too, gently reshaping how you feel, respond, and relate. Which is why the time between sessions is just as important as the sessions themselves.
Many clients feel complete at six sessions — because the work often creates a profound internal change that continues unfolding long after the final session.
Some people choose to continue into the deeper 12-session pathway, especially when long-standing relational or generational patterns are ready to be integrated. This usually happens after giving the system space to settle and absorb the transformation from the initial journey.
Others may return for a single session six months or a year later, when something arises that they want held or guided. By this stage, most people already know how to move inward on their own — and simply seek support for a specific moment or layer.
We explore all of this gently, and only when it truly feels relevant for you.

$5,400 AUD (12 × 2-hour sessions)
